Founded in Durham County by Ready Set Fitness, RSF Foundation emerged from a shared vision in 2015 to bridge a critical gap in our community’s healthcare and wellness services to people of color. We recognize the profound impact of combining mental health support with physical fitness to our people. Motivated by a deep commitment to serving our community, we have been passionately working to provide holistic health solutions ever since.
